8. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
Customized, installed or used products are excluded from returns.
Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error or defect in the supplied product.
9. Warranty
All products sold by IXIL are covered by the corresponding legal warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, incorrect installation, normal wear and tear or unauthorized handling of the product.
